Is there a setup fee?

No surprise setup fees. Your plan includes setup and training — we move your data across, configure Cognit for how your business works and train your team, then support you once you're live. Book a demo and we'll give you a clear picture of timeline and cost for your business.

Can I add modules later?

Yes. Every module is already built into Cognit, so adding one is a setting, not another integration project. Most businesses start on Standard with the online store, sales, inventory, invoicing and accounting, then move to Premium when they want rebates, advanced reporting and the extras. You're never locked out of a feature — you simply turn it on.

Do I need separate accounting software?

No. Cognit has a real general ledger underneath everything — chart of accounts, journals, trial balance and balance sheet, with automatic posting — so it can run your accounts on its own and replace separate accounting software. If you'd rather keep your accounting system, Cognit syncs two-way with Xero, so you can do that too.

Is my data mine?

Always. Your business data is yours — your customers, products, orders, invoices and accounts. You can export your reports and records to Excel or PDF at any time, and if you ever leave, you take your data with you.

Are there per-user licence fees?

No. Cognit is one flat monthly price — no per-seat games and no charging you more every time your team grows. Add as many users as your business needs.
