What does the Cognit platform actually include?

Cognit is one connected platform covering your entire business: a built-in B2B e-commerce online store, sales orders and customer-specific pricing, inventory and warehouse management, purchasing and goods receipting, accounting and a real general ledger, invoicing and accounts receivable, supplier rebates and claim-backs, business reporting and P&L, and customer and CRM tools. Every module shares the same live data, so an online order updates your stock, your invoice and your books at the same moment.

Do I have to use every module?

No. Every module is fully built and ready, and you turn on what your business needs. Most businesses start with the online store, sales, inventory and invoicing, then switch on accounting, purchasing, rebates and reporting as they go. Because it's all one platform, adding a module is a setting — never another integration project.

How is one platform better than separate best-of-breed tools?

Separate tools each work on their own copy of your data and have to be synced — which means re-keying, overnight delays and numbers that never quite agree. Can Cognit replace my current ERP or accounting system?
