What is Cognit? ＋
Cognit is an all-in-one cloud ERP system that runs your entire business from one place — sales orders, a built-in B2B e-commerce online store, inventory and warehouse management, purchasing, accounting and general ledger, invoicing, supplier rebates and full business reporting. Instead of paying for and stitching together separate systems for your website, stock, accounts and reporting, you run everything on Cognit.
Does Cognit include an online store? ＋
Yes. A complete B2B e-commerce storefront is built into Cognit — not a bolt-on plugin. Your customers log in to a branded online store, see their own pricing, reorder from saved pantries, and place orders 24/7. Because the store is part of the ERP, stock levels and prices are always accurate and orders flow straight through to invoicing and the ledger.
Can Cognit replace my current accounting or ERP system? ＋
Yes. Cognit has a real general ledger underneath everything — chart of accounts, journals, trial balance, balance sheet and automatic GL posting — so it can run your accounts on its own. You can use Cognit to replace a patchwork of separate systems. And if you'd rather keep Xero, it's built in — your invoices and credit notes are sent across automatically. Running a different accounting package? We build that connection as part of your project.

Yes. Cognit has built-in Xero integration — connect it in about 30 seconds and your invoices, credit notes, customers and products are sent to Xero automatically. Xero is the integration that ships with Cognit today. Anything else with an API or a data feed we build as part of your project — that's Zeabyte's core business.
